Order Processing

For large equipment such as laser sources or laser chillers, order processing usually requires 5–7 business days.
If you require custom production, the processing time will be longer and needs to be confirmed in advance.
Packaging Standards
Fragile parts such as lenses, nozzles, and ceramic rings are protected with anti-shock foam, sealed bags, and sturdy boxes.
Large equipment such as laser sources (3000W/6000W/12000W, etc.) and laser chillers (2000W/3000W/6000W, etc.) are packed in wooden crates to prevent moisture, vibration, and damage.
An electronic packing list will be provided with every shipment.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via express delivery for the fastest possible service.
FedEx is our preferred carrier, providing the fastest delivery, reliable service, competitive rates, and detailed real-time tracking.
We may also use YunExpress or other carriers upon request or for certain destinations.
A tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Return & Exchange Process
- To request a return or exchange, email info@raypek.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- If your product qualifies under our refund policy, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ship the items back within 5 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–8 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to non-human factors (defective product, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item sent), RAYPEK will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
International Shipping
Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
Refund Processing Fee
For orders that have not been packed or shipped, a refund processing fee will apply. This fee is due to the immediate deduction of funds by payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, etc., and will be calculated as a percentage of the total order cost.
