Order Successful

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any special requests regarding your order, please let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

 

Order Processing 

The typical order processing time is 1–3 business days.

For large equipment such as laser sources or laser chillers, order processing usually requires 5–7 business days.

If you require custom production, the processing time will be longer and needs to be confirmed in advance.

 

Packaging Standards

Fragile parts such as lenses, nozzles, and ceramic rings are protected with anti-shock foam, sealed bags, and sturdy boxes.

Large equipment such as laser sources (3000W/6000W/12000W, etc.) and laser chillers (2000W/3000W/6000W, etc.) are packed in wooden crates to prevent moisture, vibration, and damage.

An electronic packing list will be provided with every shipment.

 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via express delivery for the fastest possible service.

FedEx is our preferred carrier, providing the fastest delivery, reliable service, competitive rates, and detailed real-time tracking.

We may also use YunExpress or other carriers upon request or for certain destinations.

A tracking number and tracking link will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Express Worldwide (main destinations): typically 5–7 business days

Remote Destinations: may take up to 7-10 business days
