1. Terms & Conditions of Return and Exchange
- Products must be in brand-new condition with the original packaging.
- Please contact us at info@raypek.com before initiating any return or exchange request.
2. Return & Exchange Process
- To request a return or exchange, email info@raypek.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- If your product qualifies under our refund policy, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ship the items back within 5 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–8 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to non-human factors (defective product, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item sent), RAYPEK will cover the return shipping costs.
