FSCUT4000E is a cost-effective laser control system designed for 1.5–8 kW laser cutting applications. It enables integrated control of motion, laser, and cutting gas, and is commonly used in sheet metal processing, kitchenware manufacturing, and lighting fixture production.
System Diagram
FSCUT4000E mainly includes the bus BMC228B Master Control Card and the bus terminal boards. BMC228B integrates the EtherCAT Master protocol stack. The Ethernet cable is routed fromtheBMC228B’s Ethernet port. The system wiring is shown below.

Order Processing
The typical order processing time is 1–3 business days.
For large equipment such as laser sources or laser chillers, order processing usually requires 5–7 business days.
If you require custom production, the processing time will be longer and needs to be confirmed in advance.
Packaging Standards
Fragile parts such as lenses, nozzles, and ceramic rings are protected with anti-shock foam, sealed bags, and sturdy boxes.
Large equipment such as laser sources (3000W/6000W/12000W, etc.) and laser chillers (2000W/3000W/6000W, etc.) are packed in wooden crates to prevent moisture, vibration, and damage.
An electronic packing list will be provided with every shipment.

We may also use YunExpress or other carriers upon request or for certain destinations.

- If your product qualifies under our refund policy, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ship the items back within 5 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–8 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to non-human factors (defective product, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item sent), RAYPEK will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
International Shipping
Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
Refund Processing Fee
For orders that have not been packed or shipped, a refund processing fee will apply. This fee is due to the immediate deduction of funds by payment platforms such as PayPal, Visa, etc., and will be calculated as a percentage of the total order cost.
