The SUP23T Four-in-One Handheld Welding Head is designed for laser welding, non-contact cleaning, seam cleaning, and cutting applications. It integrates a handheld laser head and a control system with enhanced safety protection features.
Based on the SUP20T platform, the SUP23T is more compact, lighter, and more reliable, offering improved insulation, structural stability, and easier maintenance. It is compatible with a variety of fiber laser sources and features an optimized cooling system, ensuring stable operation at power levels up to 3000W.
In cleaning mode, it supports a maximum cleaning width of 120 mm, delivering efficient and consistent surface treatment performance.

For large equipment such as laser sources or laser chillers, order processing usually requires 5–7 business days.
If you require custom production, the processing time will be longer and needs to be confirmed in advance.
Packaging Standards
Fragile parts such as lenses, nozzles, and ceramic rings are protected with anti-shock foam, sealed bags, and sturdy boxes.
Large equipment such as laser sources (3000W/6000W/12000W, etc.) and laser chillers (2000W/3000W/6000W, etc.) are packed in wooden crates to prevent moisture, vibration, and damage.
An electronic packing list will be provided with every shipment.

2. Return & Exchange Process
- To request a return or exchange, email info@raypek.com with your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- If your product qualifies under our refund policy, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ship the items back within 5 days of receiving the label.
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3–8 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to non-human factors (defective product, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item sent), RAYPEK will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
International Shipping
Please be aware that for orders shipped internationally, any customs fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not covered by our shipping charges.
Refund Processing Fee
